Welcome to Larkspur / Corte Madera

Sunny suburban communities with picturesque neighborhoods and a vibrant shopping and dining scene

Larkspur and Corte Madera are quaint and vibrant Northern California communities north of San Francisco. Much of this wonderful city is residential. The vast majority of homes here have added privacy thanks to the lush greenery and trees that fill each block. Strolling through the area, you’ll feel as though you are in a small town that has the most delightful, tight-knit feel.

Shifting to the more commercial part of the city along Magnolia Avenue, you can experience the local shopping and dining scene. Walking down what feels like Main Street America, you’ll encounter charming boutiques and top-rated restaurants. A short distance away, you can spend time in nature by visiting one of the area’s parks or trails.

What to Love

  • Sunny and scenic cities
  • Tranquil suburban neighborhoods
  • Fantastic dining and shopping along Magnolia Avenue
  • Small-town vibes

Local Lifestyle

Larkspur feels a world away from city life — even though it’s a short drive from San Francisco and Berkeley. Its delightful ambiance can be attributed to the city’s close proximity to major nature areas, such as Mount Tamalpais State Park and Cataract Falls. This vibe can also be attributed to the small-town environment in both residential and commercial locales. Corte Madera is situated directly on the Bay, which provides residents with impeccable views.
